Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
